Colorado Springs Food Bank to have permaculture gardens onsite

From the Colorado Springs Gazette:
Care and Share Food Bank's new headquarters is twice the size of its previous home, boasts energy-efficient features and emits a warm environment that speaks of its mission to feed the hungry.

...

The new location will also have vegetable and permaculture gardens run by volunteers, and an orchard with fruit trees. The food grown on site will be distributed through the program.

What a great idea? I wonder if the Pikes Peak permaculture group is involved.
